YOU SPEAK HORRIBLY TO YOURSELF
Everything ever made started with a single thought. Maybe you want to launch a business? Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more? Maybe you are thinking about your next holiday? Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world?
A repeated thought gains more power with every repetition and may become WORDS, spoken out loud and even shared with another. What originally started off as a thought can become reality down the road.
Now think about it, what do you think about yourself? What is your SELF-TALK like?
Are you kind to yourself every time you eat more than you wanted to or broke a habit you wanted to keep? Or are you annoyed and sometimes angry with yourself - cursing at and telling yourself off for being weak?
Repeating negative self-talk and putting yourself down could have you start believing you’re useless, pathetic, a waste of time, shameful, unworthy, unloveable, unattractive, lazy etc. You will then start to see evidense supporting these beliefs everywhere you look and they will become your reality.
HOWEVER this can be undone. THIS IS NOT THE REALITY YOU HAVE TO LIVE INTO. YOU HAVE CHOICE IN THE MATTER and that’s where a coach can really help you. They see what you are currently blind to and they help you upgrade your self-talk and your life. Wouldn’t you love to free yourself?
